At Mystic Monk Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns or exchanges on non-food items and unopened coffee bags within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Reach out to our monastic support team via email with your order number and details regarding the issue with your shipment.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure the items are in their original packaging; for coffee, the seal must remain intact to qualify for a return or exchange.
- 3.Ship Items Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee immediately.
